Located halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco on California’s renowned Central Coast is an idyllic destination set amidst the wild California seaside, its rolling hills, and famous vineyards. San Luis Obispo is the unofficial center of the Central Coast and is one of the oldest communities in the state. It is a laidback mix of beach culture, metropolitan tastes, and farmland – the essence of California.
At the center of this town, the newly redesigned Hotel Cerro takes center stage. A luxury boutique hotel in the heart of it all, surrounded by local farmer’s markets, artist markets, Spanish missions, vineyards, restaurants, and the sea. It is no surprise that it is with this same sense of style and commitment to the environment that Hotel Cerro was designed.
ANICHINI is honored to have been chosen to provide Hotel Cerro with custom hotel linens for their property. It was a pleasure working with them to design custom sheeting as well as linens for the bath, spa, and pool. For their sheeting they chose 100% linen duvets and shams, speaking to their commitment to a natural style and an environmentally friendly choice.
Hotel Cerro is dedicated to the farm to table experience. In their newly designed terrace they have incorporated edible gardens brimming with fruits, vegetables, and herbs for use in their restaurant. This commitment to slow food is in line with Anichini’s own mission to support slow textiles.
Beyond the guest rooms we had the pleasure of providing custom towels for the pool. We designed a rich cotton terry towel with a custom sculpted logo design.
